    As a staff member or employee user of HospiSavvy, your access is subject to the following terms:

    1. Account Responsibility

    You are responsible for all actions performed under your unique login. You must not share your password with colleagues or unauthorized individuals.

    2. Workplace Accuracy

    All data submitted via the "Checklist Completion Screen," including completion status and comments, must be honest and accurate.

    3. Visual Proof Integrity

    Photos uploaded as "Mandatory Proof" must be taken in real-time and represent the actual task performed. Using fraudulent or reused images is prohibited.

    4. Authorized Access Only

    You may only access the "Staff Training Portal" and "Task List" assigned specifically to your role, department, or individual ID.

    5. Professional Conduct

    All comments, feedback, and notes entered into the platform must remain professional and related strictly to property operations.

    6. Training Obligations

    You agree to complete assigned "Training Modules" (Videos/PDFs) within the deadlines set by your manager via the platform.

    7. Device Usage

    If using a personal device to access the platform, you are responsible for any data charges incurred while uploading photos or streaming training videos.

    8. Proprietary Content

    Training materials and checklist structures are the property of the employer. You may not record, screenshot, or distribute this content externally.

    9. Real-Time Monitoring

    You acknowledge that your "Timeliness" and "Completion %" are tracked in real-time and used for performance reporting.

    10. Audit Cooperation

    You agree to participate in audits via the "Audit Form Screen" and provide truthful information to the auditor as required.

    11. Notification Consent

    You agree to receive system-generated notifications regarding assigned tasks, due shifts, and training releases.

    12. No Tampering

    Any attempt to manipulate audit scores, bypass mandatory photo toggles, or interfere with the "Red Flag" system is a violation of these terms.

    13. Reporting Errors

    If you encounter technical issues that prevent task completion, you must report them to your manager immediately to ensure record accuracy.

    14. Data Privacy Acknowledgment

    You acknowledge that your performance data is visible to management for review, approval, and coaching purposes.

    15. Termination of Access

    Access to the portal will be revoked immediately upon termination of employment or at the discretion of the Property Owner.
